Partners for World Health is committed to offering educational opportunities for Mainers to learn about issues in global healthcare delivery. 
 
Seasonally, we host speakers who have spent time in other countries working to improve the quality of and/or access to healthcare. The speakers are usually medical professionals or students in a medical field who have recently returned from a PWH-sponsored medical mission or who are working on their own global health initiative. To date, we've had speakers share their experiences about working in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, Haiti, India, Liberia, Libya, Peru, Rwanda, Senegal, Tanzania, Turkey, Uganda, and many more.
